The Go Big Event online registration system automatically generates a personalized invoice for registrants who choose the pay offline option. Public registrants who choose the pay offline option will see a link (see the image below) on the payment instructions page that takes them to their personalized invoice (click here to view an example). This personalized invoice page will automatically have your event banner on the top of the page. This link is also included in the registration confirmation email the system sends out.

As the event organizer, if you want to re-send or view the invoice, you can find this link in the registrants’ edit page in the back-end of the system. The invoice page is setup to trigger an automatic print when you view it. For multiple concurrent registrations, such as a group of participants registering and paying together, the new system will give each of them an individual invoice.
